Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 medium banana
1 pitted date
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Directions:
In a blender, combine the almond milk, banana, date, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
Divide the mixture evenly into four bowls. Stir in 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds into each bowl, mixing well.
Cover each bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Serve cold the next morning.
